The Congruent Planes
The Congruent Planes overlay our reality (the Mundane).
They are invisible to most but effect the world nonetheless.
Planeweavers are those who have a connection to one the four planes.
Planeweavers have the ability to draw their plane closer and warp reality towards its whims.
Conflict
The plane of Conflict is a world in constant flux. The very landscape fights against itself.
The size of space here depends on how much violence or conflict is associated with the correspond territory in the Mundane.
For example, the site of a recent battle would be many times its size in Conflict vs. in the Mundane. A sleepy farmstead would be many times smaller.
The denizens of Conflict are embodiments of strife and discord.
These denizens are at constant war with each other - and, when the opportunity arises - with the Mundane, as well.
Untouched by Erosion, these denizens are ageless and only suffer violent ends.
The denizens have two great settlements - the Court of Strife, and the Court of Discord, respectively.
Clarity
The plane of Clarity is filled with bright illuminating light.
Light so bright, it is painful to behold.
Light so bright, it will scour the unprepared.
Clarty is split into hierarchical tiers based upon how well people comprehend the area they are in.
Higher tiers contain more obscure and more abundant information. They also contain more powerful denizens.
The denizens of Clarity believe unshakably in the pursuit of Knowledge and the establishment of Order.
Each denizen is said to have their own specialism which drives them and shapes their personality.
Connection
The plane of Connection is a twisting mass of threads.
In Connection, items and locations are closer to things they share a strong connection to.
For example, in the Mundane, the estate where you grew up may be several miles from your current home.
In Connection, these two locations wight be nearly adjacent to one another.
Connection is eerily devoid of sentient life.
Erosion
The plan of Erosion looks like a decrepit version of the mundane world, plunged into absolute decay.
Space in Erosion is straightforward, and maps onto the Mundane perfectly.
The denizens of Erosion are wraith-like, wasted things.
The denizens of Erosion are obsessed with time.
Unceasingly, they record the passage of time. Unfaltering ensure that things happen in the proper order.
Dreams
When people sleep they touch the plane of Dreams.
Most people do not remember their dreams and cannot guide where they go here.
Certain individuals - such as Seers - have more control of their dreams.
These people can travel into the dreams of others as well as use their mastery of the mind to overcome obstacles in the physical world.
There is considerable debate about whether the plane of dreams really exists.
It is unclear if the plane of dreams is a Congruent Plane.
