Throne Paladin

Stats

  • 2 Might per encounter
  • Wields Spear: You can convert any REPEL call you would take into a QUAD instead.
  • With 10s Medical Roleplay, you may call HEAL 2 on yourself or an ally.
  • With 10s Medical Roleplay, you may call HEAL 4 on an ally on their death count.
  • May cure bodily afflictions of strong potency between encounters.

Class Feature: Initiate's Vow

  • I will never let an opportunity to seize more power for the Empire pass me by.
  • You should roleplay this vow accordingly.
  • This vow allows you to use Might to perform the Acts below.
  • If you ever feel as though you have violated your vow, let the GM know:
  • You will lose all your Might for the adventure.

Class Feature: Might

  • Each Act costs 1 Might to perform.
  • Might is restored between encounters.
  • Each Paladin begins with 2 Might.
  • Your maximum Might can be increased by purchasing the 'Might' Paladin Skill.

Throne Paladin Acts

Expeditious Retreat

  • A good general knows when to leave a fight.
  • While running away, you may use this act to call STUN on any enemy attacking you or your allies.

Weapon Skills

Weapon Specialisation

  • Spear: You can convert any REPEL call you would take into a QUAD instead.

General Skills

Medical Knowledge (Downtime)

  • You may diagnose diseases and mundane poisons.
  • You may also come up with a treatment regimen which can cure feeble potency afflictions of the body between encounters.
  • As a downtime action: you can devise a treatment regimen to cure a strong affliction of the body.

Resuscitate

  • With 10s medical roleplay you may call HEAL 4 to someone on their death count.

First Aid

Pre-Req: Medical Knowledge

  • With 10s medical roleplay you may call HEAL 2 to someone.

Doctor (Downtime)

Pre-req: Medical Knowledge & Resuscitate & First Aid

  • You may attempt to surgically treat afflictions between encounters.
  • You also have a greater understanding of medical practices.
  • You can also perform autopsies to attempt to discern information from dead bodies.
  • You may cure strong afflictions of the body between encounters.
  • As a downtime action: you may cure a severe affliction of the body.

Contacts Skills

Affiliate - Great House Telemere

  • You have basic contacts with an organisation.
  • You can generally get to see someone relatively important within the organisation.
  • Once per adventure the organisation will investigate a question and provide an answer for you (assuming it is something they can reasonably answer and would trust you with).
  • You may also always ask your organisation if there is anything they want you to achieve on any given adventure.
