Elias of Estaban, Warden of Gateway, seeks good citizens to assist with a diplomatic mission to the Unbroken Chain, following inroads that have been recently made with Lord Devereux. Citizens are requested to investigate the source of several worrying thefts by insurgents in the area, and to restore stability to the region. Further details will be supplied as needed.
