After an imposter is ousted and risk assessment training is completed, the Lord of Fire employs their minions to retrieve for them a Dragon from the Liege of Despair. Unsure what a Dragon is, they send them in anyway, around the back of a topiary disagreement to find one when the party are accosted by the Lady of Storms who makes them work for her instead in exchange for a Dragon.

Working for the Lady of Storms, the party are tasked with retrieving a teapot to re-trap the Conflict Denizen of Supremacy in. They pick one that swaps minds, taking it from the Duchy of Ire's Sarcasm, and are then yoten to the heart of Supremacy through the Crack of Forboding.

There, the party break through Supremacy's emotional armour, get to the core of it and offer it the tea. With no reason to doubt that the tea they're being offered is the best tea ever, Supremacy takes the offer and the Conflict Uberbeing's mind is swapped with the mind of Gemini Doubt. The party end up freefalling, but they give the Supremacy Teapot to the Lady of Storms who then teleports them to the ground safely. She takes Gemini!Supremacy with her too and isn't heard from after.

On the ground, the party find the Lady of Storms has replaced the Dragon. They kill it and take it back to the Lord of Fire.

Chance autopsies the Dragon and mutates its fire bladder into him before they take it to the Lord of Fire. The Lord of Fire is confused as to what they've brought them, and declares it to not be what they wanted, and commits it to their undying service anyway. Having done what they asked, the party receives BOONS: Buckler receives the Boon of “One Word”, Joachim receives the Boon of “Wealth” and Hana receives the Boon of “Fire”.

They're sent on their way. Hana reports to the Order of the Rod with what happened and asks for help finding a fireproof scabbard. The Order of the Torch eventually help by blessing the sword. Chance, having talked to the Lord of Fire about getting a giant floating face before, employs some Orphans to make a giant mud face which they then turn into Moonstone and give to the Lord of Fire. The Lord of Fire bestows the Boon of “A Second Word” on Buckler for this, and Chance himself is inducted into the Mystikos's inner circle. Joachim enters a Connection Conjunction and meets the denizen “Manipulation” to whom he reports his discoveries and destabilisation of the Conflict Politics. Manipulation is impressed and gives him a Bug to plant on the Lord of Fire, and hitches a ride as a Familiar.

• Boon of Fire: You may call STUN once per encounter with this flaming sword. It may be ignited by beseeching the Torch.

• Inducted into the Mystikos's circles in the Commission.

• Boon of Words: Can now say the word “yes” and the word “anecdote” at will in a high pitched voice.

• Boon of Wealth: All favour gained is doubled.
• Has a Connection Bug. Plant this by calling BACKSTAB on someone with any weapon. If they take the damage, call CURSE.

• The Lady of Storms is now the insputed Mistress of Supremacy. The entity known as Supremacy is no longer worshipped as a patron in the Court of Supremacy.
• The body of the energy storm that made up Supremacy is now being piloted by con artist Gemini Doubt, who is begrudgingly working for the Lady of Storms.
• Supremacy is trapped inside a teapot.
